Today it’s time to get your adventure pants on! But you know what? Let’s say, your adventure jeggings because, let’s be honest, who likes pants anymore? They’re just too much.

Kind of like a seven-hour for funsies road trip is a BIT too much for this time of year. So this, like jeggings, is somewhere between lazy and full-scale adventure.

First off, pick a place!
Personally, I’m planning to hit the Chicago Union Station The Polar Express Train Ride. Its benefits? 

• We get to ride a train! A real train!
• ‘Cause my daughter is obsessed with anything that moves/has wheels/is a hunk of metal.
• There shall be Christmas lights!
• And most importantly, it’s about one-hour from my house, aka primo jeggings-adventure distance.
